Jared and we have been spending a week down in a arctic tundra of Atlanta to attend a Hi-Rez Expo. It’s an annual jubilee of all a games done by Hi-Rez Studios, and it kicked off with a keynote where they announced a new mobile title: Bot Smashers. Details were deceptive during a time, though we only sat down with a game’s executive writer Rory “Drybear” Newbrough who overloaded a smarts with all they’re doing with Bot Smashers. Check out a video:
In a nutshell, Bot Smashers is a mash-up of a fast-paced plan diversion genre that’s been popularized by games like Clash Royale [Free]. It’s got identical brief sessions, and gameplay that feels like a unequivocally lightweight RTS. Players build their bases beforehand, afterwards effectively have bottom battles where we dispatch offenses from your several buildings. Elements of your bottom embody power-node like things that have opposite abilities like spawning units, casting sorcery spells, or passively fortifying your bottom automatically. It’s unequivocally cold how it all goes together.
Release skeleton are super deceptive so far, and right now they’re only enlivening everybody to head over to a Bot Smashers site to pointer adult for their arriving beta test. When that exam will occur or when a diversion will launch is still low in TBA territory, though we’ve unequivocally enjoyed what we’ve seen so far.
